It was the evening of October 30, last month the day when Indian Viceroy Ambassador Shiva Shanker Mukherjee had invited Comrade Prachanda and Dr. Bhattarai to his Lainchour premises. While the two top-hats were entering into the Indian embassy, no body as such was present at the gate save the embassy security guards. After a good forty-five minutes conversation in between Mukherjee and comrade duo, the meeting was adjourned. The two Comrades were taken aback when at the “exit” gate they were suddenly surrounded by a dozen of Nepali media men. Who invited these media men? (more…)

How can the Indian Ambassador to Nepal- Nepal’s deity- Mr. Shiva Shankar Mukherjee spend his time in his boring India-House whole day and night without entering into the private bedroom of Nepal’s Prime Minister Sri Girija Babu in Baluatar- as and when his mood so desired? I see your name on many news headlines these days. All the newspapers are talking about you like some kind of a celebrity. Mr. Singh killed this many people today, Mr. Singh abducted this many people that day, Mr. Singh displaced this many people from their village today. Everyone in Terai fears you not knowing when you are going to enter their houses, beat them, and ask for a big amount of money or even kill them. (more…)

N.P.Upadhyaya, Kathmandu: No body knows where the country as of today is heading for? Albeit, outwardly we have been given to understand that things were moving in the right direction and that the politics were in safe hands and thus nothing to panic. However, analysts at the telegraphnepal.com dare to alert all the Nepali nationals whether they are in Nepal or abroad that their country as such is being pushed towards an abyss by our own leaders who are at the helm of affairs of the State. Your country, my country and our country would soon be declared a “failed country”, if the scheme of politics that stands today were allowed to continue for some time more. (more…)
